Established on 25 April 1992, Liberty Heritage (M) Sdn Bhd is the in-house Property Management arm of IJM Properties Sdn Bhd. Liberty Heritage currently supervises the management operations of all its property projects.
Over the years, Liberty Heritage has achieved a reputation as a professional property partner through our total commitment to enhancing property value; promotion of healthy and enjoyable community living; and high emphasis on the safety and security of residents and property.
Based on our vast experience in managing property, we are able to give invaluable input to help develop value added properties connected with the changing trends in the industry and local lifestyle.
In January 2004, we adopted the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. This will not only enhance the quality of our service through a systematic approach but also provides a platform for continuous quality improvement.
